Next year, in conjunction with The Australian and New Zealand Obesity Society (ANZOS) and The Asia Oceania Association for the Study of Obesity (AOASO) we will be hosting The International Congress on Obesity (ICO) 2022 in Melbourne, Australia.
ICO was established in 1974, and biennially brings together the global community of scientists, academics and medical professionals working in the fields of obesity research, clinical management, and education.
ICO 2022 will take place over five days at the Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre and will provide attendees with the opportunity to learn about the latest obesity research, discover innovative new treatment and prevention strategies and gain insight from the world’s leading obesity specialists.
A range of activities will be available including specialist presentations, plenary sessions, SCOPE accredited seminars, teaching sessions, workshops, and abstract & topic discussion sessions. There will also be networking opportunities. The ICO 2022 website will be launching in May and will provide detailed information about our scientific programme, keynote speakers and further information about how you can get involved.
