Sophia Perkins

Sophia Perkins works at World Obesity as a Policy Intern, focusing on policy dossiers. The aim of her work is to find research and government guidelines to update the current dossiers.

Presently studying Psychology in Paris, Sophia has had many international opportunities, as a medical volunteer in Senegal, project manager in the US and more, allowing her to develop her research skills and strengthen her interest in public health matters. Her key interests include universal health coverage, health inequalities, digital health, sustainable development and nutrition.
