Notes to this proxy form

1. As a member of the Company you are entitled to appoint a proxy to exercise all or any of your rights to attend, speak and vote at a general meeting of the Company. Please appoint President Louise Baur as your proxy this year.

2. If you are unable to attend it is crucial that we receive your completed proxy form beforehand, so that you can be counted in the quorum for the meeting and so that your votes can count.

3. To direct your proxy how to vote on the resolutions select the appropriate button. If no voting indication is given, your proxy will vote or abstain from voting at his or her discretion. Your proxy will vote (or abstain from voting) as he or she thinks fit in relation to any other matter which is put before the meeting.

4. If you abstain from voting on a resolution, it will be a vote withheld, which is not a vote in law, and which means that the vote will not be counted in the calculation of votes for or against the resolution.
